The Mushroom Learning Center

The Garden International has been growing gourmet specialty mushrooms since 2021. From the start, education was a big part of our mission. Educating the public about the nutritional benefits of mushrooms, how they grow, and their importance in the ecosystem. Kids also love learning about mushrooms and growing them with our Grow Your Own Mushroom Kits and S.T.E.A.M curriculum. 

So many people wanted to visit our farm and learn more. With the launch of The Mushroom Learning Center, you will see how we grow gourmet mushrooms from mycelium to mushroom. With S.T.E.A.M. programs, environmental education, foraging walks, classes, and events, there will be so much to learn and experience. 

The impact to the community from this project will be significant. We will be growing local, sustainable food, fighting climate change, creating jobs, and educating minds.
